Travelocity - Complaint

Travelocity is very deceptive in advertising its gurantee. You have to click twice to get to the fine print. On the fine print, you find out a million more rules that have to apply in order to get the gurantee. Calling their agents on the phone is useless because they don't know anything about company policies. They just want to lure customers in and take their money.
